I spent a week shooting architecture in Seattle in late April, just in time for Easter with the family. While I was there I found time to head up to the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival and did a little personal work. Hit the jump for a few more shots.
I’m a lifestyle photographer based in Denver, Colorado. I photograph people in their natural environment being who they are and doing what they do; a runner running the city streets, a ski boot company CEO in the mountains, a couple in love, or a couple and their friends and family celebrating the couple’s love for and commitment to each other.
Trained as a photojournalist, my eye searches for several things when I’m shooting. Principally however, what I look for in my images is true emotion; nothing compares to the truth of two people who are genuinely in love. I do my best to convey the honesty and truth of your relationship by capturing moments in time where your love is visible, natural, and beautiful; moments and emotions that will bring joy over the years when you revisit them looking through your wedding photos. A wedding photographer’s challenge is not to simply record the event, but to record the emotions felt on that very special and emotional day.
I love getting to know new couples and friends, please contact me and let's meet face to face!
